Perk Up, Pitch In at SunocoThe Lowcountry Blend coffee is a new blend developed specifically for the Lowcountry area, sold at all 26 regional Sunoco APlus locations. This specialty coffee features beans from Central and South America and offers an enticing mix of bright, slightly nutty flavors, combined with a medium body and finish. This exclusive blend was created by Sunoco and their specialty coffee roaster out of Portland, OR. The name and final roast was chosen by local residents, APlus store employees and regional business and community leaders. Most importantly, for every cup of coffee purchased, Sunoco will donate a cup of coffee to the LCFB. These donations will help supply programs that the LCFB sponsors for those in need throughout the Lowcountry area. Help spread the word of this special blend and the work of the LCFB by tweeting #beanteam when you try the Lowcountry Blend.

Move for HungerBy Teaming up with Wheaton Worldwide moving, Move for Hunger and the Lowcountry Food Bank will help those in need of food assistance in the Lowcountry! MOVE For HUNGER will enlist those who are selling their homes and relocating to donate unopened food that they will not take to their new destination. Wheaton's professional moving staff will assist in boxing the donations. MOVE For HUNGER will then make arrangements for these items to be delivered to the LCFB. If you are moving and are interested in donating unused food, please click here for more information.
