Lowcountry Food BankFood for Thought

The Zucker Family Production Kitchen is abuzz with activity, thanks to our Food Works apprentices, dedicated volunteers, and staff who are working hard to ensure that the most vulnerable populations in the lowcountry are provided with hot, nutritious meals. By the end of March, 26,490 meals will have been prepared in the kitchen since the beginning of the year - with 19,200 of those served to low-income children through our Kids Caf program, and 7,290 delivered to homebound senior citizens through a partnership with East Cooper Meals on Wheels. Your support is crucial in our efforts to provide nourishment for those who cannot provide it for themselves. Please click here to make a donation, or call 843-747-8146 ext. 120 to arrange a time to volunteer in the Zucker Family Production Kitchen.
